Company role and work-contact availability

Decision

The company filter contract publishes registry_roles, has_attributed_work_contact, and has_board_work_contact. These aggregates use the processing boundary already accepted in ADR-0008 and ADR-0015.

602 deferred a contact-record entitlement product. It did not prohibit these

company aggregates. Availability does not mean verification or permission to contact a person. Search and facets return no personal contact values.

Registry roles

The source is the approved CVR company document, deltagerRelation. Only PERSON participants in LEDELSESORGAN qualify. The vocabulary is:

Alternates (SUPPLEANT), legal entities, unknown participant kinds, and other functions do not qualify. Membership start and end dates are inclusive on the UTC read date. A missing start cannot prove a current role. The company projection keeps participant identifiers and member periods, with the company source timestamp and raw snapshot. It does not copy personal contact values. An absent relationship collection is unavailable; a collected empty collection has no qualifying role. Set values combine with OR.

A read-only probe of 100 recently updated CVR documents confirmed these source paths. A second probe confirmed vice-chair and alternate functions. The first probe also found 87 ended natural-person memberships in open organisation containers. For example, CVR 35405909 has a board membership ending 2024-06-26 inside a container open since 2013-06-14. Container dates cannot establish a current membership. The new projection uses member periods directly.

Work-contact availability

An attributed work contact requires an existing person_mention_contact row and its company-scoped mention. A matching suppression record excludes the value even before a deletion completes. An unresolved mention can support general attributed-contact presence.

A board contact also requires an unreversed resolution to a person identifier in this company's current board projection. An unresolved or reversed link, a company participant, or an ended board membership cannot support this flag.

True means at least one retained, permitted supporting value. Retained contacts keep the indefinite retention policy in ADR-0015. A later failed collection does not erase positive evidence.

False means no supporting value after successful evaluation of the declared dataset: all retained attributed contacts and the people extraction in the latest relevant collection run, over a nonempty, recorded bounded page-text input. Refresh and discovery runs are relevant; a targeted re-extraction is relevant when it includes people or has no recorded target list. A later run without a successful people application makes old negative evidence unavailable. The input may omit text; this is not a statement about every page on the website. Missing or failed latest evaluation gives null when no positive evidence exists. Board false also requires an available registry collection with evaluable relevant member dates. Both boolean selections exclude null.

The public availability object identifies the evaluation, input coverage, rule version, and source timestamps. It does not expose a suppression reason. Changes to contacts, suppressions, resolutions, registry memberships, or people extraction results advance the search publication in the same transaction. UTC date changes already invalidate date-dependent registry filters. Company updates compare the old and new rows. The derived municipality_name label is excluded because facet refresh fills it from the municipality reference during a read. The municipality code and every other company field still invalidate the version when they change.

Company phone, email, website, and advertising-protection filters retain their published registry meanings. Generic company mailboxes cannot become attributed person contacts. Website titles do not prove employment or decision authority. Employee and decision-maker contact filters remain unsupported.
